Wolf's Double Stock Pot Range creates fast, efficient gas heat - great for any operation! There are two burners per 18" section, which are each controlled by an adjustable gas valve. The burners provide heat flexibility; each producing a 55, 000 BTU output. Heavy-duty cast iron top grates are easily removed for cleaning when cool. Its standing pilot ignition system is an easy start up. A grease drawer is provided to collect fat run-off; it opens to the front for inspection or drain off.
